Remote Support Disclaimer Agreement
4 Office provides free online support for an initial time block of 15 minutes.
After this time block expires, charges can be applied to your account at an hourly rate of CAD $150.00.

Liability:
4 Office shall not be liable for any damage(s) resulting from or relating to the use of our remote support.
4 Office is never responsible for the loss of data on the customer's media, or damages that the customer may suffer as a result this support.
The provision of the serial number of your device denotes your acceptance of these terms.
